 We begin with a small survey of the premises which will include an in-depth Consultation to discuss your premises and how we can maintain and or improve your current cleaning requirements.
On agreeing the our terms and conditions you will then be assigned your very own accounts manager who overseas the start up process and stays with you throughout the contract period (this is usually the person you meet on your consultation). this will be your point of contact for any queries or issues you may have. The accounts manager will perform a risk assessment of your property before our staff begin work on your premises. All staff must display a  I.D. badge at all times.

Carpet/ Upholstery Cleaning 
All our Carpet Cleaning Staff are fully trained in woven and tufted carpets rugs and soft floor coverings.  

All carpet cleaning jobs begin with the cleaner performing  a survey which will include a dye bleed test, fabric test. This is to ensure they use the right chemicals for the right carpet.
We only use Prochem products.
The machine we use is the Prochem  Steampro 2000
