MFL is the trading name of Mix & Fix Limited. The company  was founded  in 2006 by Andreas Prodromou.
After  leaving school Andreas went onto work various jobs. He acquired skills in retail and sales, not satisfied with leaving education at such a young age he went onto university part-time while he worked full-time within the property sector to obtaining a degree in Film Studies & Philosophy.  After graduating university he continued to develop his skills and knowledge within the property sector. A year later he created Mix & Fix Limited a cleaning and maintenance company aimed at the property sector. Helping landlords and tenants with all maintenance and cleaning issues. The company  provided contract cleaning for apartment blocks flats and conversions, cleaning and maintaining common parts, we  later branched out into cleaning pubs and office.

MFL has been successfully providing quality  cleaning services to businesses across London since 2006. A relatively new company we have gone from strength to strength over the coming months. We have firmly positioned ourselves in a competitive industry and proved time and time again that we can provide a service of excellence.

Training
We at MFL believe that training is paramount, that is why we continue to monitor staff performance and try to develop every employees skills to fulfill there potential. All staff are trained in their field of expertise all our cleaning staff are trained to a BICSc Standard.  

Health and Safety
MFL take health and safety very seriously. All staff are taken through the nessasary health and safety procedures relating to there area of work. We perform a risk assessment of all premises our staff work on. And we provide all necessary PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)  

Insurance
We have Employers Liability Insurance up to the value of £5million and Public liability insurances of up to £10million

We are corporate  members of the British institute of cleaning science.
